I’m Gen X. We brought in supercomputers, the internet, and laptops. We grew up with keys around our necks and managed our feelings largely on our own. No helicopter parents. No participation trophies. We figured it out.
So when I say we are the most adaptable generation, I mean it.
And right now, our adaptability is being tested again. AI is in front of us and people are splitting into two camps — those who have embraced it and those who are actively ignoring it. I’m here to tell you that ignoring it is a mistake you will feel in a couple of years.

AI is a stair-step into better productivity. It takes a good thought and helps you turn it into something excellent. It removes friction. It accelerates execution. It is not replacing your ideas — it is amplifying them.
